Villa Barona is a private villa available exclusively for full-property rental. The villa is not rented by individual rooms.

By making a reservation, guests agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservations

Reservations can be made through our website, booking platform, or direct communication (e.g. WhatsApp).
A reservation is considered confirmed once acceptance is communicated through our official channels.
The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests included in the booking.

3. Payment & Cancellation

By confirming a reservation, guests agree to those conditions.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in and check-out times will be communicated prior to arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

5. Use of the Property

The villa is rented as a whole property and cannot be divided or rented separately.
The number of guests must not exceed the number agreed in the reservation.
Guests agree to respect the property, its facilities, and the surrounding environment.

6. Events & Gatherings

Events (including weddings, retreats, or celebrations) must be previously approved by Villa Barona.
Additional conditions and/or fees may apply.
Unauthorized events may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

7. Conduct & Respect

Guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times.
Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or illegal activities are not permitted.
Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.

8. Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.

9. Liability

Villa Barona is not responsible for:

Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
Accidents or injuries occurring during the stay

Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk.

10. Force Majeure

Villa Barona shall not be held liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, or government restrictions.

11. Privacy

Any personal information provided will be used solely for reservation and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

12. Acceptance

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
